Our Mission – What's Different!

DC Wellness, LLC was founded in 2017 by Debra Del Mar to aid those in the greater DC metropolitan area become more healthy in both mind and body. She is a passionate advocate stemming from her own success over several years ago. The program works for all regardless of their stage of life and health circumstance, however it is particularly effective for those at hormonal inflection points affecting metabolism [for example menopausal women; puberty adolescents; men over 50]. The results are dramatic and compelling!

Personalizing a sustenance and exercise process to enable a better "you," our goal is to give you the nutritional and lifestyle advice, tools, and supplements to propel you to health balance for life.

Through awareness, education and coaching on eating and movement, we help you reach and maintain any goals you have – whether it be a desired weight, fitness level, or both. DC Wellness uniquely promotes the “trio of smart eating” – the when, what, and how you are eating, that plays a vital role in stabilizing blood sugar levels over the course of the day. Individuals will typically lose 2-3 pounds per week adhering to this guidance and nutrition routine.

The program helps in many ways beyond weight goals and general fitness – you will notice your body has a newfound energy and your mind a newfound peace.
